Remember & Embody
Do Your Work Project is a path of self-examination, healing, and transformation. Through psychology, neuroscience, somatics, mindfulness practices, and community, we guide individuals on a journey of remembering their truth, reclaiming their crown, and creating lives of purpose.
We believe that healing begins when we have the courage to do our work — to examine our patterns, meet our shadows with compassion, and take responsibility for our own growth and transformation.
To do your work is to bring awareness to what no longer serves you, transform what stands in the way of your highest expression, and consciously participate in your healing and evolution.
Because healing is never only personal. The way we show up in the world touches everyone around us. When we heal ourselves, we heal our families, strengthen our communities, and contribute to the evolution of the collective consciousness.
The Journey of
Remembering Your Truth
Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about remembering who you have always been beneath fear, trauma, shame, and conditioning.
This work is an invitation to remember your truth
and reclaim your crown, so you can live a life
of purpose and fulfillment.
A Crown Has
Three Points
In heraldry, a crown is not a single ornament — it rises to three points, each one a station on the way to sovereignty. To reclaim your crown is not a single act. It is a path walked in three movements.
These are not steps to complete and move past. They are the architecture of the work itself — returned to again and again, each time at a deeper layer.
You learn to see the patterns, beliefs, wounds, and habits that no longer serve you. Before the crown can be placed, the head must be willing to be seen.
Through ceremony, psychology, somatic practice, ritual, reflection, and community support, old patterns loosen and new possibilities emerge. This is the descent before the ascent.
The practice of living what you have learned until transformation becomes a way of being — until the crown is no longer something you wear, but something you are.
Wisdom for the Journey,
Tools for Transformation
The crown is not reclaimed through belief alone. Do Your Work Project draws on both lived human experience and modern understanding — every modality held in service of the path, never in place of it.
Learning from ancestral and earth-rooted traditions with reverence and responsibility.
Understanding behavior, trauma, attachment, and the human mind.
Understanding how the brain changes through experience and practice.
Honoring the wisdom stored within the body.
Cultivating awareness, presence, and conscious engagement with life.
Creating spaces of connection, support, accountability, and belonging.
Abigayle Rockette is the Founder of Do Your Work Project and a facilitator devoted to helping individuals remember their truth, reclaim their crown, and create lives of purpose.
Her path began through her own healing journey. After struggling with debilitating IBS-C that often left her bedridden, disconnected from her body, and searching for answers, she discovered the transformative power of earth medicine, spiritual practice, intentional lifestyle changes, and inner work. The profound changes she experienced inspired a lifelong commitment to understanding healing and supporting others on their own journeys of growth and self-discovery.
Today, Abigayle creates compassionate spaces where individuals can explore their inner world, challenge limiting patterns, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her work integrates earth medicines, psychology, neuroscience, somatics, mindfulness practices, and transformational coaching to support meaningful and lasting transformation.
Driven by a desire to better understand the mind, body, and human potential, Abigayle studied Psychology at BMCC and continues her studies in Neuroscience and Behavior at Columbia University on the pre-med track. Curious and committed to exploring the many ways people can do their work, she believes healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, but a deeply personal journey of awareness, responsibility, and transformation.
Abigayle does not claim to heal others. Rather, she holds space, shares tools, and reminds people of their innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform. Guided by the belief that healing ourselves is never just for ourselves — it ripples outward to our friends, our families, and the collective — she encourages each person to Do Your Work.

Remember
your truth
A structured process of self-examination, healing, and conscious change. Three phases. One crown. Your becoming.
The work of becoming
Before transformation can occur, truth must be seen. Most people do not consciously choose how they think, how they react, or how they live. These patterns develop over time through experience, conditioning, and adaptation.
This work is the process of becoming aware of those patterns — and deciding what remains and what no longer serves you. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering what has always been there beneath conditioning, fear, and illusion.
In order to transform what no longer serves you, you must first bring awareness to the outdated blueprint of your life — the patterns, beliefs, conditioning, and habits that are not in alignment with your highest expression. This is not a flaw. It is an invitation to pivot.
This phase asks you to pause, look closely, and acknowledge what is no longer working. Give yourself permission to take inventory of every aspect of your life and to stand before your truth with humility and compassion. In this phase, you fillet yourself open: meeting your truth with rawness, honesty, and unwavering self-responsibility.
From this place of clarity, you step into the freedom to craft a sacred blueprint for your life — one that is intentional, aligned, and reflective of the kingdom you are here to build.
This is where change begins to occur — where awareness moves into action and transformation becomes lived experience. The path of medicine is unique to each individual. It is revealed through intentional consultation and shaped by what is required to interrupt existing patterns and create new ones.
This phase may include ceremony, earth-born allies, somatic practices, behavioral shifts, and other processes that increase flexibility within your internal system. At this stage, old patterns begin to loosen. New perspectives become possible. You confront what has been avoided. You process what has been suppressed.
Here, you shed the old skin. You release illusion. You allow yourself to be re-shaped. This is your descent and your becoming.
This is where change becomes stable — where insight becomes embodiment, and what you have uncovered is no longer something you understand, but something you live. Insight, on its own, does not produce lasting transformation. What creates change is repetition.
This phase requires discipline. It is the practice of following through on the habits you committed to, maintaining the boundaries you established, and choosing actions that reflect your new standard — consistently applying new behaviors, decisions, and responses over time.
This is how the new blueprint takes form. Through consistency, you place the crown upon your head — not as symbolism, but as responsibility. You begin to live as someone who honors themselves, and extends that same love and presence to others.
Place the crown
upon your head
You cannot build a new kingdom on an unconscious foundation. The work begins now.
Do Your Work →A movement
of remembering
Grounded in love, compassion, respect, integrity, resilience, creativity, and unity — while honoring the sacredness of life.
Abigayle Rockette is a Holistic Guide and Transformational Coach, devoted to creating safe and sacred spaces for healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. She blends ancient Earth medicine ceremonies with complementary practices — spiritual practices, movement, shadow work, meditation, self-cultivation, and integrative coaching — which supports healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Her path was born from her own healing journey. In 2018, while navigating debilitating IBS-C that left her bedridden, in pain, and disconnected from her body and spirit, she began working with plant medicine and earth medicine alongside intentional lifestyle practices. Through this integration of ancient wisdom and modern healing approaches, she experienced profound relief, entered remission, and rediscovered a vitality she hadn't known in years.
That transformation sparked a lifelong devotion to helping others reclaim their health and wholeness. In 2021, Abigayle became a Certified Kambo Practitioner. Today, her work has evolved into a collaborative tapestry — holding space with reverence for a variety of sacred medicines and practices.
More than a practitioner, Abigayle serves as a guide and mirror. She does not claim to heal; rather, she supports individuals in remembering their own inherent capacity to heal, to embody their authenticity, and to live with purpose. Her dedication has led her back into academia — currently studying Neuroscience and Behavior at Columbia University, weaving ancestral wisdom with modern science.
remembers their royalty
We envision a world where each individual lives with integrity and love, contributing to a greater tapestry of unity. In this vision, every kingdom strengthens the whole, illuminating the collective consciousness with truth. Truth is understood not merely as fact, but as our deepest essence — the living pulse of all that is and all that will ever be.
a kingdom within
Healing begins when we put on our crown, lead with our heart, and rule our lives with love. Our mission is to guide individuals back to their authentic sovereignty — embracing shadows with compassion, transforming wounds into wisdom, and awakening the wholeness already alive within. When one person reclaims their crown, their kingdom flourishes.
